About the position

The High Value Account Services Manager at U.S. Bank is responsible for leading a team of Account Service Representatives to ensure high-quality customer service and support for high-value sales. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, coaching team members, and implementing efficient processes to enhance service delivery. The manager will also interface with various departments to resolve customer issues and provide performance reports to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage a team of Account Service Representatives.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure high-quality customer service.
• Plan and schedule departmental activities to meet service standards.
• Review and recommend new methods to improve operational efficiency.
• Interface with other departments and vendors to resolve customer service issues.
• Implement tracking and performance monitoring mechanisms.
• Provide reports to senior management on operations activities.
• Develop and monitor business performance against goals for assigned product lines.
• Ensure risk, quality control, and customer service goals are met.
• Plan, develop, implement, and control assigned organization and budget functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Eight or more years of operations and/or customer service experience.
• Two or more years of supervisory/management experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of current products and services offered by U.S. Bank.
• Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills.
• Good problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong knowledge of banking operations and human resources.
