About the position

The HV EDS (Electrical Distribution Systems) Design Engineer will be responsible for vehicle side electrical wire harness design and integration. This role involves conceptualizing, designing, engineering, developing, and supporting the launch of Electrical Distribution Systems (EDS) designs for next-generation Model e products. The position is critical in ensuring that the electrical systems are effectively integrated into the vehicle architecture, which is essential for the performance and functionality of electric vehicles. As part of the Electric Vehicle Digital Design (EVDD) team, you will collaborate with a diverse group of professionals, including software engineers, designers, and UX experts, to create innovative technologies and concepts that will shape the future of mobility. In this role, you will engage in various stages of the design process, from initial concept development to final implementation. You will be expected to utilize advanced engineering principles and tools to create efficient and reliable electrical distribution systems. Your contributions will directly impact the performance of electric vehicles, making this a highly rewarding position for those passionate about automotive engineering and sustainable transportation. The seniority level for this position will be determined based on your experience, with opportunities available for Junior through Senior Staff Engineer levels.

Responsibilities
