About the position

BEPC Inc is seeking a passionate and consultative High-Volume Recruiter to support call center hiring in Chandler, AZ and Alpharetta, GA. This role involves full-cycle recruitment for high-volume openings, managing hiring plans, and ensuring an excellent experience for both hiring managers and candidates. The position is hybrid, requiring some on-site presence, and is a 12-month contract with potential for extension or permanency based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Support full cycle recruiting for high volume/call center hiring for TFS call centers.
• Manage call center hiring plans, backing up 8 weeks prior to new hire start dates.
• Identify and resolve roadblocks in the recruiting process.
• Provide proactive communication and excellent customer service to stakeholders.
• Establish collaborative relationships with hiring managers and teams.
• Manage performance metrics such as average hires per month and candidate satisfaction.
• Understand the Toyota business model and communicate effectively with candidates.
• Serve as a brand ambassador for the company.
• Ensure compliance with recruiting and hiring practices.
• Participate in various Talent Acquisition ad hoc projects.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• 2 - 6 years of experience in high volume recruitment.
• 1+ years of experience recruiting in Workday Recruit.
• Experience managing to performance metrics for recruitment.

Nice-to-haves

• Hands-on experience with Phenom People or similar CRM.
• Experience leveraging video interviewing.
• SPHR/PHR Certification.
