About the position

VXI Global Solutions is a leading provider of business process and information technology outsourcing, offering comprehensive services to its clients. Our company specializes in contact center and BPO services, software development, quality assurance testing, and infrastructure outsourcing. Headquartered in the United States, VXI employs 40,000 people around the world including locations in the US, Central America, China, and the Philippines. Our location in Charlotte is growing and we are expanding our Talent Acquisition team. The Talent Acquisition Recruiter is the first point of contact for all prospective hourly employees, responsible for managing the candidate experience to fill the high volume demands of the business. This involves full cycle recruiting including screening, scheduling, interviewing, testing, managing the candidate relationship, negotiating, employment branding, benefit, and culture questions, and follow through after the candidate is hired. In this role, the recruiter will act as a liaison between the prospective employee and Hiring Managers while ensuring that the candidate experience is positive and productive.

Responsibilities

  • Meeting or exceeding Key Performance Indicators and Guidelines in addition to VXI Policies and Procedures.
  • Avoid legal challenges by maintaining compliance with client service agreements and legal requirements.
  • May participate in hiring decisions and conduct performance appraisals.
  • Review résumés; screen and select viable candidates.
  • Surf employment boards and industry websites to scout talent.
  • Use database to maintain candidate pipeline and update records.
  • Conduct interview screens to further evaluate potential candidates.
  • Help to facilitate any pre-employment testing required.
  • Conduct initial face-to-face interview at company corporate headquarters.
  • Recommend best fit candidates for available positions to next rounds of interview if applicable.
  • Communicate status to candidates in a professional and consistent manner.
  • Conduct reference checks, background checks and handle all candidate relations.
  • Draft offer letters for candidates.
  • Continuously develop new ways of reaching candidates and networking.
  • Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment.
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree, and/or 1-3 years of non-Exempt high volume Talent Recruitment experience preferred.
  • Outstanding track record in attendance and work performance metrics.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Familiar with contact center tools, systems, and methodologies.
  • Strong MS Office skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Adaptable to swift program changes, developing the skills in proactive critical thinking and problem-solving.
  • Ability to follow directions and logical process flows, with or without accommodation.
  • Ability to walk or stand for 2-4 hours at a time up to 7-8 hours in a day, with or without accommodation.
