About the position

The High Volume Recruiter position is responsible for managing the full cycle recruiting process for high volume and call center hiring. This role requires a proactive approach to identify and resolve roadblocks in the recruiting process, ensuring an efficient and effective hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers. The recruiter will also be involved in establishing collaborative relationships with stakeholders and managing performance metrics related to hiring outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Support full cycle recruiting for high volume/call center hiring for TFS call centers.
  • Manage call center hiring plans, proactively identifying and resolving roadblocks.
  • Provide thorough communication and excellent customer service to stakeholders regarding recruiting plans.
  • Establish collaborative relationships with hiring managers and provide recommendations to improve recruiting effectiveness.
  • Manage performance metrics such as average hires per month and candidate satisfaction.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring candidates are engaged and informed about their application status.
  • Participate in various Talent Acquisition ad hoc project initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or high school diploma with at least 5 years of equivalent experience.
  • At least 2+ years of high volume recruiting experience, particularly in call center environments.
  • At least 1+ years of hands-on experience recruiting in Workday Recruit.
  • Experience leveraging MS Teams, Slack, or similar platforms for managing shared information in recruiting.
  • Proven ability to meet class size hiring targets and recruiter performance metrics.
  • Experience in building candidate pipelines for high-volume classes.

Nice-to-haves

  • SPHR/PHR Certification
  • Experience with Phenom People or similar CRM
  • Strong time and work management skills
  • Ability to represent the client at college visits if required.
