We are seeking a High Volume Working Chef with extensive catering experience to lead our campus kitchen. This role involves managing kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality meal preparation, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
- Run the campus kitchen efficiently and effectively.
- Plan and execute high-volume catering services from start to finish.
- Manage product costs and ensure profitability.
- Deliver exceptional meals and service to impress customers.
- Communicate effectively with team members and front-of-the-house staff.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Requirements
- 5 years of culinary experience, specifically in catering.
- Strong knife skills and cooking abilities.
- Experience in managing kitchen operations and staff.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- TB vaccinated and able to pass a background check.
