We are seeking a High Volume Working Chef with extensive catering experience to lead our campus kitchen. Responsibilities

  • Run the campus kitchen efficiently and effectively.
  • Plan and execute high-volume catering services from start to finish.
  • Manage product costs and ensure profitability.
  • Deliver exceptional meals and service to impress customers.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and front-of-the-house staff.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Requirements

  • 5 years of culinary experience, specifically in catering.
  • Strong knife skills and cooking abilities.
  • Experience in managing kitchen operations and staff.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
  • TB vaccinated and able to pass a background check.
