About the position

Mills Automotive Group is seeking a Sales Manager to lead their growing sales department. This role involves collaborating with upper management and sales associates to meet business needs, enhance the sales process, and develop strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with employees and customers to develop relationships and enhance the sales process.
  • Build rapport with customers to establish a customer network.
  • Manage the new and used vehicle inventory, including dealer trades.
  • Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals.
  • Help manage all other aspects of the sales department, including desk deals, tracking gross logs, and managing RDR cars.
  • Oversee the Internet Lead Process.

Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Prior automotive sales managerial experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Understanding of inventory control.
  • Strong computer and phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CRM).
  • Professional strong work ethic.
  • Current, valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
