About the position
We are seeking highly skilled Carpenters and Handyman workers to join our innovative and fast-paced company, KFM 247 LTD, located in Wilmington, NC. This position is ideal for self-motivated individuals who have a passion for construction and a desire to grow with our team. As a Carpenter and Handyman, you will be responsible for the timely completion of various projects, ensuring that all work is completed in accordance with client expectations, specifications, and local building codes. You will also be expected to communicate project milestones effectively with project managers, clients, and other relevant parties. In this role, you will utilize your solid understanding of multiple trades, including plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry, to organize and troubleshoot a variety of subcontractor trades involved in our projects. We are looking for creative problem solvers who are results-driven and possess strong leadership skills. You should be willing to get your tools out and cover gaps between contractors, demonstrating a hands-on approach to your work. Quality of work is held in high regard at KFM 247 LTD, and we are committed to maintaining high standards in all our projects. To be successful in this position, you must have verifiable, hands-on construction experience in North Carolina.
