About the position

The Highway Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of highway design projects within the highway department in Nashville. This role involves managing all aspects of project scope, scheduling, and budgets while collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

Responsibilities

• Work with Office Managers, Sections Heads, and Practice Leaders on marketing proposals
• Develop and coordinate scope of projects
• Oversee and manage assigned project staff members
• Manage the technical aspects of projects
• Perform client presentations

Requirements

• 10+ Years of experience in highway design/roadway design
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• PE license in Tennessee
• TDOT project experience

Nice-to-haves

• CAPM or PMP license
• Experience with local governments at county and state level
• Experience with multiple project delivery methods - P3, Design-Build, etc.
