About the position

The Bilingual Customer Service Representative will be responsible for engaging with clients, third parties, providers, and insurance companies in both English and Spanish. This full-time position requires strong communication skills, proficiency in computer use, and the ability to manage a fast-paced workload while performing various customer service tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general data entry tasks
  • Handle incoming calls and other communications
  • Analyze and process all claims and verify accuracy
  • Record information as needed
  • Prepare and circulate reports as needed
  • Perform additional duties as required

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Full-time availability, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday
  • Clear and effective phone communication skills
  • Strong customer service abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Capacity to manage a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational skills, multitasking, and prioritization
  • Team-oriented mindset
