About the position

Westport Family Counseling is seeking licensed clinicians to join their boutique therapy practice, which specializes in providing high-quality, individualized care to a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, teens, and adults. The practice emphasizes a supportive and nurturing environment, making it an ideal place for professional growth. All clinicians are required to work in-person on-site, as the practice does not offer virtual or remote therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, individualized therapy to clients of various ages.
• Work collaboratively within a supportive group setting.
• Maintain a flexible and autonomous practice while adhering to professional standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development and training.

Requirements

• Must be a licensed clinician (LCSW, LMFT, PhD, PsyD, or LPC).
• Experience working with children is preferred.
• Training in therapeutic modalities such as EMDR, IFS, EFT, CBT, Trauma-Focused CBT, CPT, and DBT.
