About the position

The Maintenance Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction of residents through effective maintenance and repair services across apartment communities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee maintenance operations within the apartment community.
• Ensure timely and effective repairs and maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, and other systems.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate their activities.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and address their maintenance requests.

Requirements

• Demonstrated proficiency in working with computers including word processing and calendar management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in property management or maintenance management.
