About the position

The Associate Banker role in the North Scottsdale Market is a part-time position focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences in branch banking. This role emphasizes building lasting relationships with clients, providing tailored financial education and advice, and representing the bank's brand and culture through friendly service. The Associate Banker will engage with clients, assist with transactions, and educate them on banking technology, contributing significantly to the branch's success.

Responsibilities

• Engages clients as they enter the branch by welcoming them and managing lobby traffic.
• Helps clients with everyday transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
• Educates clients on the usage of technology self-service options like the Chase Mobile App and ATMs.
• Assists clients and the branch team with new account openings when needed.
• Performs branch operations, including managing cash devices while adhering to bank policies.

Requirements

• 6 months of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

• Strong desire and ability to influence and educate customers on technology.
• Cash handling experience.
