As a Part Time Associate Banker in the San Fernando Valley South Market, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting relationships with clients. Responsibilities

• Engages clients as they enter the branch by welcoming them and managing lobby traffic.
• Helps clients with everyday transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, and updating their information.
• Educates clients on using technology self-service options like the Chase Mobile App and ATMs.
• Assists with new account openings when needed.
• Performs branch operations, including managing cash devices while adhering to bank policies.

Requirements

• 6 months of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
