Samuel Beckett's Irish Gastro Pub is seeking experienced bartenders to join our busy team in Arlington, VA. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers.
• Provide excellent customer service and engage with patrons.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Handle cash and process transactions using the bar POS system.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol service regulations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume environment.
• Food Handler Certification required.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience with bar POS systems.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of Irish beverages and cocktails.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
