About the position
RC Management is a licensee of McDonald's, owning restaurants throughout Maine. We are currently hiring experienced McDonald's General Managers and will pay for your previous McDonald's training and experience. The starting salary for McDonald's Certified General Managers is $60k, which will increase based on your experience and performance. We have experienced significant growth over the past 10 months and want you to be a part of our exceptional team. Responsibilities
- Run a profitable restaurant and ensure it meets McDonald's critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
- Work with leadership to set the restaurant's goals and create a plan to achieve them.
- Lead a team of Department Managers, helping them set their own goals and providing coaching and direction.
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure the restaurant has the right team for the future.
Requirements
- Previous General Manager experience running high volume locations.
- Background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail.
- Must be 18 years or older to be a manager.
