We are seeking dedicated and reliable Cleaners to join our team in Haines City, FL. This role involves performing thorough cleaning tasks in residential settings, with the flexibility to choose your own hours. The position is available for both part-time and full-time work, and candidates must be serious about their commitment to the job.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning tasks in residential homes.
• Manage your own schedule and availability through the company app.
• Maintain a 5-star review rating to continue receiving cleaning assignments.
• Participate in a paid cleaning interview as part of the hiring process.
• Attend a follow-up Zoom interview with management after passing the initial interview.

Requirements

• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Experience in time management is preferred.
• Must have your own transportation and cleaning supplies.
• Ability to work at least one weekend per month.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in janitorial work, laundry, custodial services, hotel operations, carpet cleaning, housekeeping management, and commercial cleaning.
• Core skills in cleaning, customer service, residential cleaning, floor care, and sanitation.
