About The Position
5280 Floors is seeking experienced Hardwood Project Leads to manage and oversee hardwood flooring projects. This full-time, permanent position offers a piece rate compensation structure, allowing for earnings between $65,000 and $100,000 annually. The role involves not only project management but also teaching apprentices and hands-on installation and refinishing of hardwood and LVP flooring.
