About the position

We are seeking Board Eligible/Board Certified Internal Medicine Physicians to join our outpatient clinic located in the beautiful Oro Valley, Arizona. This position is exclusively outpatient, meaning there are no inpatient responsibilities. The successful candidate will be part of a large and busy multispecialty group, providing a high volume of patient care in a dedicated clinic setting. Physicians will have the opportunity to work full-time, with the support of a Medical Assistant from the start, and additional support will be provided as patient volume increases. The clinic is designed to facilitate a smooth workflow, allowing physicians to focus on patient care without the need for traveling between locations. In addition to the clinical role, we are also hiring an Internal Medicine Associate Program Director for our residency program, which offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the education and training of future physicians. The position comes with physician outreach and marketing support to help build your practice and enhance patient engagement. The clinic is located in a community that has been recognized as one of the best places to live and launch a business, providing a supportive environment for both personal and professional growth. Compensation for this role is competitive, with starting salaries significantly higher than those in nearby metropolitan areas, coupled with a lower cost of living. This financial advantage allows for a comfortable lifestyle and the opportunity to invest in personal goals such as home ownership and early retirement. The community offers a range of recreational activities, shopping centers, and is in close proximity to major cities, making it an ideal location for both work and leisure.
