Responsibilities

- Demonstrate leadership and job expertise in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of culinary experience.
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment and recipe conversion.
- Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 pounds.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to cleanliness.
- Food Handlers card required.
- Knowledge of current HACCP regulations and FIFO guidelines.
