About the position

The Bilingual Customer Service Assistant will support the Case Management Department by engaging with clients, third parties, providers, and insurance companies. This role requires fluency in both English and Spanish, strong communication skills, and proficiency in computer use to perform various office tasks and data entry.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general data entry tasks
  • Handle incoming calls and other communications
  • Analyze and process all claims and verify accuracy
  • Record information as needed
  • Prepare and circulate reports as needed
  • Perform additional duties as required

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Full-time availability, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday
  • Clear and effective phone communication skills
  • Strong customer service abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Capacity to manage a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication with clients and coworkers
  • Excellent organizational skills, multitasking, and prioritization
  • Team-oriented mindset
