About the position

Crunch Care is seeking passionate and professional childcare providers to join their backup care team. The role involves providing care for children of all ages, requiring a commitment of 2-3 full days a week, with flexible scheduling options. Candidates must demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and a caring attitude towards children.

Responsibilities

• Provide childcare for children of all ages, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's needs and activities.
• Maintain a flexible schedule, working 2-3 full days a week, Monday through Friday.
• Complete daily tasks and responsibilities as outlined in the care plan.
• Attend required training and educational classes to enhance childcare skills.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of childcare experience with infants, preschoolers, toddlers, and/or elementary school-aged children.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, starting as early as 7 am and staying as late as 6 pm if needed.
• Stellar communication skills and a flexible, energetic attitude.
• CPR Certification (preferred) and a valid Driver's License (required).
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
