About the position

Northwest Healthcare is the largest hospital system in Southern Arizona and is seeking board-certified or board-eligible OBGYNs to join the Women’s Center at Northwest Medical Center in beautiful Tucson, AZ. This is a hospital-employed opportunity that allows you to join a large and busy multispecialty group. The ideal candidates must have completed their residency in the United States and be ready to embark on a full-time employment journey. The organization provides physician outreach and marketing support to help establish your practice effectively. Office space is readily available adjacent to the Women's Center, ensuring a seamless transition into your new role. Initially, physicians will start with one Medical Assistant, with additional support provided as patient volume grows. New graduates are welcome to apply, although it is important to note that no visa sponsorship support is available at this location.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care to patients.
• Participate in outreach and marketing efforts to establish and grow your practice.
• Collaborate with a large multispecialty group to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Manage patient volume effectively with the support of medical assistants and additional staff as needed.
• Engage in continuous professional development and education.

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in OBGYN.
• Completed residency in the United States.
• Ability to work full-time in a hospital setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
