Al Garcia's Plumbing Inc is seeking an Office Admin to join our team in Torrance. This position is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our plumbing services. The ideal candidate will be reliable, honest, and hardworking, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. As an Office Admin, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks that are crucial to our daily operations. Your primary duties will include data entry, scheduling appointments, managing accounts payable and collections, answering phones, filing paperwork, and dispatching calls. You will need to communicate effectively with both clients and team members, ensuring that all inquiries are handled promptly and professionally. This role requires proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as efficient typing skills. We are looking for someone who is a quick learner and can work well under pressure, maintaining a positive attitude even during busy times. This is a full-time position, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
