The Associate Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Deltek is a dynamic role focused on generating revenue through pipeline development and relationship building. The role includes a comprehensive onboarding program and ongoing professional development to ensure success in sales and career advancement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and accomplish a lead generation plan that meets or exceeds quota targets.
  • Cultivate pipeline by acting on field marketing leads and conducting strategic outbound campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to prioritize efforts and refine selling strategies.
  • Participate in sales onboarding, training sessions, team meetings, and professional development classes.
  • Exceed weekly/monthly goals for meetings, pipeline, and activity.
  • Capture accurate and complete information in Deltek's sales tools.

Requirements

  • Dependable and passionate with a desire to pursue a career in sales.
  • Ability to thrive in a spirited and rewarding atmosphere.
  • Comfortable making phone calls in an open and positive environment.
  • Prior lead generation or outbound calling experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience preferred.
