Native Floral is seeking a Part-Time Floral Sales Associate for their new location in North Canton, OH. This role involves merchandising and selling fresh floral bouquets, requiring an enthusiastic and organized individual who can work both independently and as part of a team. The position demands flexibility, reliability, and a strong customer service orientation.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain attractive merchandise presentations
- Engage with customers for selection, purchasing, and inquiries
- Maintain back stock product and ensure quality
- Perform daily flower grooming to keep bouquets vibrant
- Unpack floral freight deliveries and organize flowers in the cooler
- Lift, pull, and push up to 35 lbs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year of retail sales experience (preferred)
- 1 year of merchandising experience (preferred)
- 1 year of customer service experience (preferred)
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Reliable transportation to and from the customer location
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
