Native Floral is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Floral Sales Associate to join our team at our customer location in Grafton, WI. This part-time position offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals who have a passion for merchandising and selling beautiful, fresh cut floral bouquets. We are looking for upbeat, self-motivated individuals who can work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, flexibility, and reliability, ensuring that our floral displays are always attractive and engaging for customers. As a Floral Sales Associate, you will be responsible for creating clean and appealing merchandise presentations that draw customers in. Engaging with customers is a key part of the role, as you will assist them in selecting and purchasing floral arrangements while addressing any questions they may have. You will also be tasked with maintaining back stock products and ensuring their quality, which is essential for providing an excellent customer experience. Daily responsibilities will include grooming flowers to keep bouquets vibrant and attractive, unpacking floral freight deliveries, and organizing flowers in the cooler. The role requires physical stamina, as you will need to pull, push, and lift items weighing up to 35 lbs. This position is not seasonal, and we are looking for someone who is committed to providing exceptional service year-round.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain attractive merchandise presentations.
- Engage with customers for selection, purchasing, and answering questions.
- Maintain back stock product and ensure quality.
- Perform daily flower grooming to keep bouquets vibrant and attractive.
- Unpack floral freight deliveries and organize flowers in the cooler.
- Pull, push, and lift up to 35 lbs.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Required).
- 1 year of merchandising experience (Preferred).
- Reliable transportation to and from the customer location.
- Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug test.
- Schedule flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
