Native Floral is seeking a Part-Time Floral Sales Associate to join our team at our customer location in Lake Zurich, IL. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals who have a passion for merchandising and selling beautiful, fresh cut floral bouquets. We are looking for upbeat and enthusiastic self-starters who can work well both independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will be organized, flexible, and reliable, with a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service. As a Floral Sales Associate, you will be responsible for creating clean and attractive merchandise presentations that draw customers in. Engaging with customers to assist them in selecting and purchasing floral arrangements is a key part of the role. You will also be tasked with maintaining back stock products and ensuring their quality, as well as performing daily flower grooming to keep bouquets vibrant and appealing. Additionally, you will unpack floral freight deliveries and organize flowers in the cooler, ensuring that everything is in order and ready for sale. This position requires physical stamina, as you will need to pull, push, and lift up to 35 lbs. The ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed, is essential. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess reliable transportation to and from the customer location. A successful background check and drug test are also required for this position.
