About the position

Northwest Healthcare is seeking Nurse Practitioners for their primary care clinics in Tucson, Arizona. This full-time position offers an opportunity to join a large, busy multispecialty group, focusing on outpatient care with no travel required. The role includes high patient volume and support from a Medical Assistant, with additional resources as patient demand increases.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care services to patients in an outpatient setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Manage high patient volumes effectively while maintaining quality care.
• Participate in physician outreach and marketing efforts to promote the clinic.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working in a primary care setting preferred.
• Current Nurse Practitioner license in Arizona.
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
