About the position

Northwest Healthcare is seeking Physician Assistants for their primary care clinics in Tucson and Oro Valley, Arizona. This full-time, outpatient-only position offers a high patient volume opportunity within a large multispecialty group, providing a supportive environment with marketing assistance and a dedicated Medical Assistant for each provider.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care services to patients in an outpatient setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Manage a high volume of patients effectively and efficiently.
• Participate in physician outreach and marketing efforts to promote the clinic.
• Utilize support staff as patient volume increases.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working in a primary care setting preferred.
• Current certification as a Physician Assistant.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a high patient volume.
