About the position

Action Behavior Centers is seeking a Behavior Analyst in Training to join their Rising Stars program. This full-time internship is designed for individuals who are accruing supervision hours and are passionate about providing early intervention therapy to children with autism. The role involves collaborating with experienced BCBA professionals, implementing individualized treatment plans, and collecting data to support children's development.

Responsibilities

• Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting.
• Shape the minds of children aged 18 months to 8 years old.
• Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans for each child.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and a team dedicated to the core values of ABC.
• Allocate 8 hours per week off direct care schedule to work on BDS modules.
• Sit for the BCBA exam within 6 months of joining the team.

Requirements

• Must have accrued 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000 hours).
• Proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable master's program.
