About the position

The RN Instructor for PCA/HHA Training Program at Clinton Institute is responsible for educating and training Home Health Aides and Personal Care Aides. This full-time position requires a bilingual English/Spanish Registered Nurse with an active license, who will manage training sessions, presentations, and compliance requirements. The role offers the opportunity to obtain a teaching license at no cost, with a structured curriculum and resources provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage HHA Training programs and presentations.
• Conduct orientation sessions for new trainees.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with training requirements.
• Educate students on Home Health Aide and Personal Care Aide practices.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Active RN License in New York State.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Teaching Certification (or willingness to obtain one).
• Experience in home health care is a plus.
