About the position

The Sr. Manager - Environmental Remediation will oversee environmental remediation projects for a leading defense corporation. This role focuses on developing long-term remedial solutions to mitigate environmental risks and protect company assets, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations such as Superfund, CERCLA, and RCRA.

Responsibilities

• Manage environmental remediation projects.
• Develop long-range remedial solutions to environmental and property assessments.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial documentation, including budget projections.
• Ensure compliance with accounting guidance, including Sarbanes-Oxley.
• Develop project cost/benefit analyses to support business decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 12 years of prior related experience, or a Graduate Degree and 10 years of prior related experience, or a minimum of 16 years of prior related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with large corporation environmental remediation.
• Experience with large scale soil/groundwater environmental cleanup.
• Experience with Superfund (CERCLA) compliance.
• Must be a US Citizen.
