About the position

The Compliance Driver for Homeowner Associations at Spectrum Association Management is a full-time position that offers a unique opportunity to work primarily outside of the office. The position requires a significant amount of driving, with approximately 90% of the workday spent on the road, primarily in the Corpus Christi to Rockport area. The Compliance Driver will use their personal vehicle for these inspections, with mileage reimbursement provided. In addition to driving, the Compliance Driver will engage with homeowners, addressing their concerns and resolving conflicts that may arise. Training will be provided to help the driver effectively manage difficult situations and de-escalate conflicts. The role also involves improving service by recommending better processes and identifying new product and service applications. The Compliance Driver will respond to customer inquiries by understanding their needs, researching previous inquiries, and providing clear and professional communication. Responsibilities

  • Drive to various communities managed by Spectrum AM to inspect homes for compliance.
  • Document non-compliant homeowners and report findings.
  • Engage with homeowners to address compliance issues and resolve conflicts.
  • Respond to customer inquiries with clear and professional communication.
  • Recommend improved processes and identify new product and service applications.
  • Participate in educational opportunities to increase job knowledge and understand governing documents of homeowner associations.
  • Perform some walking requirements in certain communities.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
  • Safe driving record.
  • Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to enter data into databases and iPads.
  • Proven skills in conflict resolution and customer service.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
