About the position

Goodwin and Company is seeking a customer service-oriented HOA Community Manager to provide association management, financial oversight, and project management services to non-profit homeowners and their Board of Directors. The role involves advising clients on financial strategies, managing vendor relationships, and assisting with routine maintenance and improvements for the associations.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver association management services to homeowners and Board of Directors.
  • Advise clients on financial strategies and decisions.
  • Assess clients' assets, liabilities, and overall financial conditions.
  • Manage vendors through contracted services.
  • Assist with routine maintenance and improvements for the Association(s).
  • Develop RFP and Scope of works for projects.
  • Assist Board of Directors with action items and to-do lists.
  • Attend and conduct Board of Director meetings.

Requirements

  • Experience managing single-family home communities or condominium associations.
  • Ability to deliver 5-star customer service to the Board and residents.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Valid CMCA certification.
  • Experience in property management.
