Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and supervise social, educational, recreational, and leisure-time activities for the community.
• Develop and promote a strong activity program for the Mustang Lakes HOA community.
• Work independently with minimal supervision to ensure successful event execution.
• Manage budgeting and financial aspects of community activities.
• Address and resolve conflicts that may arise during events.

Requirements

• 1 year of event planning experience is required.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in similar settings.
