About the position

The HOA Portfolio Manager at Higher Ground Property Management is responsible for independently managing a portfolio of several offsite Homeowner Associations. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a solid understanding of property laws. The position offers flexibility, training for the right candidate, and the opportunity for remote work after a probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a portfolio of several offsite Homeowner Associations.
• Attend evening meetings as required.
• Ensure compliance with basic property laws and HOA regulations.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while interacting with clients and stakeholders.
• Utilize strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license and a vehicle for daily use.
• Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute (will be tested).
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred.
• Understanding of basic property laws and HOA operations.
• Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment.
