Job Title: HOA Property Manager Employment Type: Full-Time Pay: $45,000-$50,000 based on experience Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 AM-5 PM with some evenings. Flex time available to accommodate. The Scope of Work: As an HOA Property Manager, you will act as the liaison between the association Board of Directors and homeowners. Your responsibilities will include coordinating the collection of association dues for each property and approving the payment of bills each month. You will communicate with the association on monthly reports of financials, maintenance/architectural requests, repairs, and any other activity. Working closely with the Board of Directors, you will help establish annual budgets and attend meetings with them and homeowners as needed, which may include evenings. You will coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors, follow up on performance and completion, and obtain competitive bids for contractual repairs of the property to present to the board for approval. It is essential to know and understand association covenants, bylaws, and articles of incorporation to act effectively and efficiently on behalf of the owners. Regular site visits will be necessary to review the condition of the association property and enforce any covenant violations. You will also be responsible for monitoring receivables and seeking payment on delinquencies and late fees when necessary. The Ideal Candidate: We are looking for someone with previous experience in property management or a related field. A real estate license is preferred but not required. You must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle. The ideal candidate will maintain confidentiality, sensitivity, and professionalism, possess above-average written and oral communication skills, and have strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities. Proficient problem-solving and analytical skills are essential, along with self-discipline and motivation to achieve.
