About the position
The Hogan Developer position at UMB Bank involves working within the Hogan Development team to support and enhance the Core Deposits and Customer systems. This role is critical for analyzing current system capabilities and implementing improvements while adhering to secure coding practices. The position is hybrid, requiring on-site work on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for local candidates, while also being open to remote candidates across the US.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business partners and analysts to evaluate the current state of the Hogan system and identify potential enhancements.
- Implement system improvements and optimizations following secure coding practices.
- Provide support for the general Hogan environment and applications to ensure peak performance and avoid business disruptions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in application development on Hogan System, specifically in Deposits Processing Systems modules (e.g., DDA, TDA, FSS).
- At least 3 years of experience in IBM mainframe development and testing tools (e.g., TSO/SPF, Compuware/Macro4 or equivalent).
- Experience with real-time payments processing.
