About the position
The Plumbing Repair Specialist at Rescue Rooter is a sales-driven role focused on providing exceptional service to residential customers. This position involves meeting with customers in their homes to evaluate plumbing needs and present tailored solutions, all while building strong relationships to encourage repeat business. The role offers uncapped commission potential, allowing motivated individuals to significantly increase their earnings based on performance.
Responsibilities
- Act as a residential sales representative for new and existing customers.
- Drive to sales locations and meet with customers in their homes to evaluate plumbing needs.
- Present options and solutions to customers in a one-call-close setting.
- Exceed budgeted sales goals through top performance and excellent customer service.
- Utilize closing skills to maximize earnings in an uncapped commission environment.
Requirements
- Experience in Outside Sales, particularly in a residential In-Home environment.
- Proven track record in One-Call-Close sales.
- Background in Skilled Trades such as Plumbing, Pest Control, Lawn Care, Roofing, Air Conditioning, Siding, Windows, Solar, Counter Tops, Kitchen & Baths, or Security.
