About The Position
The Operations Manager at Holiday Inn Express Hampton is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of all hotel operations, including departments such as Front Office, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, and Engineering/Maintenance. This role focuses on enhancing guest and employee satisfaction while maximizing the hotel's financial performance. The Operations Manager will ensure adherence to quality and service standards, as well as the company's mission statements.
