About the position

As a Local Manager at Cherry Hill Programs, you will oversee daily operations for photo operations at The Mall at Stonecrest, implementing strategies to enhance profitability and efficiency. This role involves leading and developing a local team to achieve both personal and company goals while promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations for photo operations at the venue.
  • Implement strategies to drive profitability and efficiency.
  • Lead, develop, and motivate the local team.
  • Manage schedules, assign duties, and optimize labor for staffing success.
  • Determine staffing requirements and oversee hiring, onboarding, and training of team members.
  • Ensure daily operations are maintained as scheduled.
  • Respond to business calls or emails in a timely manner.
  • Create and reinforce a sales culture to maximize sales potential.
  • Verify daily bank deposits and confirm financial paperwork.
  • Coach and develop team members to drive revenue and provide excellent guest service.
  • Establish and maintain positive vendor relations.
  • Partner with the host venue for seamless operations focused on guest service and profitability.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns to ensure optimal guest experiences.
  • Ensure accurate preseason setup, breakdown, and securing of equipment.

Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age.
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Previous retail/assistant manager and photography experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 10-25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to process sales transactions and handle cash comfortably.
