About the position

The Sales Associate/Photographer at Cherry Hill Programs is responsible for providing exceptional guest service while capturing memorable photo experiences for families during the holiday season. This part-time role involves engaging with guests, operating photography equipment, and ensuring smooth photo operations at various holiday locations.

Responsibilities

  • Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home.
  • Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience.
  • Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
  • Engage in a friendly manner with all guests, staff, and coworkers.
  • Operate POS system and photography equipment.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
  • Perform all other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Team player who can work independently.
  • Comfortable greeting and working with families and children.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling.
  • Professional attire and good hygiene are a must.
  • Available to attend training meetings and complete required courses.
  • Flexibility to work during peak retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Available to work a minimum of 20 hours a week or as needed.
  • At least 16 years of age.
  • Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 10-25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required.
