About the position

The Holiday Sales Associate/Photographer position at Cherry Hill Programs is a temporary, part-time role focused on providing exceptional guest service during holiday events. Associates will engage with families, take photographs, and ensure a memorable experience for guests while operating photography equipment and a POS system. This role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for career advancement.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience
• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs
• Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly
• Engage in a friendly manner with all guests, staff, and coworkers
• Operate POS system and photography equipment
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• Complete all other tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Team player who can work independently
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to process sales transactions and handle cash
• Professional attire and good hygiene are a must
• Available to attend training meetings and complete required courses
• Flexibility to work during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours a week or as needed
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 10-25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time

Nice-to-haves

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required
