About the position

As a Holiday Sales Associate/Photographer at Cherry Hill Programs, you will play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for families during the holiday season. This part-time position involves providing excellent guest service, capturing special moments through photography, and ensuring smooth photo operations at various holiday locations. You will engage with guests, operate POS systems, and maintain a clean working environment, all while contributing to a fun and fast-paced atmosphere.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience
  • Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs
  • Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly
  • Engage in a friendly manner with all guests, staff, and coworkers
  • Operate POS system and photography equipment
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment
  • Complete all other tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Team player who can work independently
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to process sales transactions and handle cash
  • Professional attire and good hygiene are a must
  • Available to attend training meetings and complete required courses
  • Flexibility to work during peak retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Available to work a minimum of 20 hours a week or as needed

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required
  • At least 16 years of age
  • Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 10-25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time
