About the position

The Holiday Sales Associate/Photographer at Cherry Hill Programs is responsible for providing exceptional guest service while creating memorable photo experiences for families during the holiday season. This part-time role involves engaging with customers, operating photography equipment, and ensuring smooth photo operations at various retail locations. The position offers opportunities for career advancement and requires a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience
  • Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs
  • Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively
  • Engage in a friendly manner with all guests, staff, and coworkers
  • Operate POS system and photography equipment
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment
  • Complete all other tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Team player who can work independently
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling
  • Professional attire and good hygiene are a must
  • Available to attend training meetings and complete required courses
  • Flexibility to work during peak retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Available to work a minimum of 20 hours a week or as needed
  • At least 16 years of age
  • Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 10-25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required
