About the position

As a Holiday Sales Associate/Photographer at Cherry Hill Programs, you will play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for families during the holiday season. This part-time position involves providing excellent guest service, taking photos, and ensuring smooth photo operations at various holiday locations. You will be part of a team that values safety, diversity, and collaboration, contributing to a fun and fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience
• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs
• Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly
• Engage in a friendly manner with all guests, staff, and coworkers
• Operate POS system and photography equipment
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• Complete all other tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Team player who can work independently
• Comfortable greeting and working with families and children
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling
• Professional attire and good hygiene are a must
• Available to attend training meetings and complete required courses
• Flexibility to work during peak retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours a week or as needed
• At least 16 years of age
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 10-25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time

Nice-to-haves

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required
