About the position
The Holiday Sales Associate at TUMI is a part-time role focused on delivering exceptional client experiences that reflect the brand's ethos. This position involves building strong client relationships, driving sales through outstanding service, and contributing to a collaborative retail environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury travel and fashion, and will be committed to achieving sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics.
- Foster teamwork and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills to build relationships with clients.
- Manage personal timecards to ensure payroll accuracy and adhere to company policies.
- Ensure the store follows visual merchandising guidelines and maintains cleanliness standards.
Requirements
- Experience in sales, preferably in the luxury market.
- Strong understanding of the TUMI brand and passion for the lifestyle and product assortment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales goals and achieving KPIs.
- Strong sense of integrity and ability to lead by example.
