About the position

The Holiday Temporary Sales Associate at Tommy Hilfiger is responsible for promoting and selling merchandise while adhering to the company's customer service standards. This role involves various operational tasks assigned by store management, ensuring a visually appealing store environment, and contributing to sales goals through effective customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Provide TH Customer Service to company standards.
  • Maintain appropriate merchandise levels on the sales floor.
  • Ensure the store is visually distinctive and impeccably maintained.
  • Minimize shortages through proper loss prevention procedures.
  • Demonstrate awareness of store sales plans and individual contributions to business results.
  • Follow all operational policies and procedures.
  • Manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attend and participate in staff meetings as required.
  • Generate maximum sales potential in accordance with TH Customer Service standards.
  • Build a repeat customer base through excellent service.
  • Maintain knowledge of products, promotions, and special events for effective selling.
  • Foster a positive store experience for customers and staff.
  • Maintain zone coverage and prioritize customer interactions over assigned tasks.
  • Represent the TH image through personal and professional appearance.
  • Demonstrate professional image and conduct.
  • Adapt to rotating hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Communicate concerns to management.
  • Observe sales floor and stockroom for loss prevention and report unusual activities.
  • Execute opening and closing checklist duties as directed by management.
  • Lift a minimum of 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Ensure accurate replenishment of products on the sales floor.
  • Comply with visual presentation standards and execute markdowns as needed.

Requirements
