Hollander Design is seeking a Landscape Architect/Designer with over 4 years of experience to join our nationally recognized and growing AD100 design firm. We are involved in a variety of exciting projects across the United States and internationally, focusing on private residences, urban rooftops, parks, campuses, historic landscapes, and luxury real estate development. As a Landscape Architect/Designer, you will work in a small-team setting on a diverse range of project types. The role is hands-on, requiring you to engage in physically sketching as well as computer rendering. You will also be involved in fieldwork for construction administration and the placement of plant materials. We are committed to an always-learning environment, offering continuing education opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge. You will be part of a design process that emphasizes thoughtful, innovative design, resulting in outstanding built work with a high level of detailing. The ideal candidate will have experience contributing to complex projects from schematic design through construction documentation and implementation. You should be highly organized, possess strong written and verbal communication skills, and be able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced studio environment. Strong technical skills in grading and construction details are essential, along with proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup, and Microsoft Office Suite. A degree from an accredited landscape architecture program is required, and experience with 3-D rendering programs like Lumion or Rhino is preferred.
